Everything you need to know about our trailers, service model, pricing, and what to expect from a MyCleanPotty contract.

πŸ’¬ General
We specialize in commercial, long-term rentals for construction sites, disaster response, infrastructure projects, and remote workforce housing. We do not offer short-term event rentals at this time. Our clients include general contractors, project managers, city and county agencies, oil & gas operators, and emergency response organizations.
Use the "Check Availability" button on our site or call us at 682-422-4245. We'll ask a few quick questions about your project β€” site type, crew size, duration, and ADA requirements β€” and confirm fleet inventory within one business day. Pricing is custom-quoted based on trailer type, rental duration, and service frequency.
We offer three trailer categories: Restroom Trailers (4, 5, 8, and 10-station Pro Series configurations), Shower Trailers (private stalls with hot water on demand), and Laundry Trailers (commercial-grade washers and dryers). We can also package multiple trailer types under a single contract for workforce camps and extended operations.
We are based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and serve the greater DFW area. For large projects or emergency response, we have logistics capability beyond the immediate metro area β€” call us to discuss your specific location.
🚐 Service & Logistics
Our standard deployment window is 48 hours from contract signing. Emergency and disaster relief situations are prioritized for faster response. Call us directly for urgent deployments and we'll work within your timeline.
Truly turnkey. We handle delivery, placement, leveling, scheduled pump-outs, consumable restocking (toilet paper, soap, paper towels), routine maintenance, and final pickup with waste removal. Your team doesn't need to touch a thing.
Yes β€” we handle delivery, placement, leveling, and pickup. Our logistics support ensures your trailer is fully operational from day one. We also coordinate with your site manager on the best placement location for access and crew flow.
Yes β€” many of our clients move trailers between locations as their projects progress. We'll help coordinate the logistics including transport and any permitting required for the new location.
Absolutely. For workforce housing, oil field operations, or long-term remote projects, we can deliver a complete hygiene package β€” restroom, shower, and laundry trailers β€” all managed under a single contract with coordinated service visits. This is our most common configuration for workforce camps.
πŸ“ Site Requirements
Yes β€” most restroom trailer deployments require client-provided access to a standard electrical hookup (110V/30–50 amp depending on trailer size) and a potable water source. These are standard on most commercial jobsites. If you don't have on-site utilities, we can help coordinate generator or water solutions at additional cost.
Depending on trailer size, you'll need approximately 20–30 feet of clear, level space with easy access for delivery and pickup. 4-station trailers need ~20 ft; 10-station units need ~30 ft. The ground should be relatively level β€” we handle final leveling with jacks during setup.
β™Ώ ADA & Compliance
Yes. Our ADA-accessible restroom trailers include ramp access, wide doorways (minimum 32" clear), grab bars, lowered fixtures, lever-style door hardware, and accessible sink height. These units meet or exceed federal ADA Standards for Accessible Design. ADA configurations are available across our restroom trailer fleet.
OSHA 1926.51 requires: 1 facility for up to 20 workers; 1 per 20 workers for crews of 20–200; and 1 per 50 workers plus 1 for supervisors for crews over 200. We'll help you determine the right number of units and station configuration based on your specific crew count and shift schedule. Call us with your crew size and we'll advise.
πŸ’° Pricing & Contracts
Pricing depends on the trailer type, rental duration, service frequency, and location. We offer custom quotes based on your specific project needs β€” no one-size-fits-all rate sheet. Call us or submit a request and we'll put together a clear, upfront proposal with no hidden fees.
We focus on extended-use rentals. Most customers keep our trailers on-site for several months or move them from job to job as projects progress. We'll work with you to develop a schedule and contract term that fits your project timeline. Availability is confirmed on a first-come, first-served contract basis.
Yes β€” most rentals require a refundable damage deposit and the first month's payment upfront. All details are outlined clearly in your rental agreement before you sign. No surprises.
πŸ”§ Maintenance & Issues
We coordinate routine service through our network of trusted partners. Frequency depends on your trailer type and crew usage. We'll schedule regular servicing to keep your unit clean and OSHA-compliant. Service visits are documented and time-stamped.
Yes β€” if you already work with a licensed sanitation vendor, we're happy to coordinate with them. However, we recommend our managed service plan for consistency, compliance documentation, and accountability. Our service standard is backed by our Always-Clean guarantee.
If an issue arises, we'll respond quickly to assess and coordinate a resolution. We work to minimize downtime on your site. In rare cases where a unit can't be repaired immediately, we'll discuss alternate solutions to keep your site supported. Our goal is zero disruption to your operation.
